That means when you order from Goodrevs™, you’re not rolling the dice. You’re backed by a clear, rider-first protection policy designed to keep things simple, fair, and fast.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

From the moment your order is marked delivered, you have 30 days of coverage.

If your product arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect
  • Not as described

We’ll make it right. No runaround. No finger-pointing.

To qualify:

  • Item must be unused and uninstalled
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase is required

Once a part is installed, worn, or modified, it can’t be resold, which means it’s no longer eligible for standard return unless there is a verified defect.

Built to Perform. Covered Against Defects

Many Goodrevs™ products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects under normal intended use.

This includes:

  • Material defects
  • Manufacturing flaws
  • Structural failures under proper use

This does not include:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic marks after installation
  • Improper installation
  • Incorrect fitment selection
  • Modifications or alterations
  • Crash or impact damage (see below)
  • Misuse or neglect

We may request photos, order details, and inspection before approving a claim. Resolution may include repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Fitment Is a Two-Way Street

Motorcycle parts require precision. Riders are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase.

  • Model
  • Year
  • Mounting specs
  • Application area

If you’re unsure, ask before you order. We’re here to help. Improper fitment selection does not qualify as a defect.

Crash Replacement Consideration. Because It Happens

Protective armor is engineered to absorb energy. When it does its job in a crash, it may no longer be safe to reuse, even if it looks fine. Please note that the SAS-TEC body protection systems might be an exception as they're designed and built for multi-impact.

Crash damage is not covered under standard warranty. However, we believe riders who invested in protection deserve support.

If your Goodrevs™ armor was involved in a crash:

  • Contact us within 14 days
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Share a brief description of what happened
  • Include photos of the impacted gear

Eligible riders may receive discounted replacement pricing, store credit, or loyalty consideration.

It’s reviewed case by case, but if you went down protected, we want to help you get back up protected.

International Orders

Warranty coverage applies to products purchased directly from Goodrevs™. International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and import fees related to warranty claims unless required by law.

Limits & Real Talk

Motorcycle riding carries inherent risk. Protective gear reduces risk, it does not eliminate it.

Goodrevs™ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We stand behind our products, but we can’t control installation, riding conditions, or mechanical variables.
