At Goodrevs™, we move fast and we stand behind what we ship. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, and order protections. Please review it carefully before placing your order.

Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may begin processing the next business day.
  • During peak seasons, product launches, or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, or other major carriers based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Estimated delivery times range from 2–7 business days.
  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Once a package is transferred to the carrier, delivery timing is outside of our control. Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and operational interruptions do not qualify for refunds.

International Shipping

  • We ship to select international destinations, including Canada and Mexico.
  • Delivery times vary by country and customs clearance procedures.
  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Customs clearance delays are beyond our control and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

DDP vs. DDU Clarification

Unless explicitly stated as Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, international shipments are sent Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). This means the buyer is responsible for any import taxes or duties upon arrival.

  • If a package is refused due to unpaid customs fees, the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any carrier penalties may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Damaged on Arrival

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos of the packaging and product.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Check with neighbors, building management, and your local carrier first.
  • Contact us within 5 days of the delivery scan.

Goodrevs™ is not responsible for stolen packages once confirmed delivered to the address provided. We will assist with carrier claims where applicable, but carrier reimbursement outcomes are not guaranteed.

Fitment Disclaimer

Many motorcycle parts, mirrors, armor inserts, and accessories require proper verification before purchase. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility with your specific application.

  • Items that have been installed, attempted to be installed, or show mounting marks are not eligible for return unless defective.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and uninstalled
  • Include original packaging
  • Be in resellable condition
  • Include proof of purchase

Used, installed, worn, modified, or damaged items (not due to shipping) are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Installed motorcycle parts
  • Worn protective gear
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Custom or special-order products
  • Items returned without authorization

This policy helps protect product integrity and the safety of our riding community.

Return Authorization Process

  1. Contact us at support@goodrevs.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 3–7 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a returned item does not meet the conditions above, it may:

  • Be rejected and shipped back at the customer’s expense, and/or
  • Be subject to a restocking fee of up to 20%.

Exchanges

We currently process exchanges as Return → Refund → New Order. This ensures accurate inventory tracking and faster processing.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect our business and our customers:

  • Orders may require signature confirmation based on value or risk indicators.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders flagged as high-risk by fraud detection systems.
  • False “item not received” claims or unauthorized chargebacks may be formally disputed with supporting evidence, including carrier tracking, delivery confirmation, order records, and fraud screening data.
